Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During sales, promotional events, product launches, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.

Shipping Within India

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 7-9 business days
Remote Locations: 10-12 business days

Shipping Charges

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make multiple delivery attempts before returning the package to us.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

Little Sukis shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@littlesukis.com along with photographs of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged product

We will investigate the matter and work towards a suitable resolution.

Little Sukis is not responsible for packages that have been marked as successfully delivered by the courier partner but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.

International Shipping

At present, Little Sukis primarily ships within India.

If international shipping becomes available, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Incorrect Address or Refused Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to:

Failed delivery attempts
Refusal to accept delivery
