At Little Sukis, we strive to deliver high-quality products that you and your little ones will love. While we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, we do provide a 7-Day Replacement Policy for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@littlesukis.com with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.
Eligible for Replacement
We offer replacements only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product has a manufacturing defect
- Incorrect product received
Not Eligible for Return, Refund, or Replacement
We do not accept returns, refunds, or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected while placing the order
- Minor color variations due to screen settings
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
Refunds
Little Sukis does not offer refunds for successfully delivered products. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be provided due to product unavailability or other circumstances approved by our team.
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
